After an overwhelming response, WPi  has a Pickleball Group! A group of employees meet once a week on HHI to play Pickleball and have had a blast so far! Bayshore Retirement Partners plans to build a luxury senior-living retirement home that might possibly begin construction in October on Hilton Head Island, SC. The property known as Salty Fare Landing will consist of a 150,000 sq. ft. senior center near Skull Creek that will feature 126 one and two bedroom units, a library, dining facilities, a pool, a full-service bar and lounge, a fitness room and a theater, just to name a few. Tourism Projects Total over $1B in SC! Pretty Amazing...

The Lowcountry has experienced a lot of renovations, new development and an increase in tourism over the years. We see the world-class changes take place, but it is pretty amazing when you put it into perspective. WPi is an award-winning, landscape architecture, planning, and urban design firm with offices in Hilton Head Island, SC and Tallahassee, FL. We are seeking a talented, design-oriented landscape architects to fill entry-level landscape architect positions in both our Hilton Head Island, SC and Tallahassee, FL offices. Wood+Partners Inc. was founded with the mission of Creating Great Places, having fun and maintaining an intellectually stimulating workplace. Our practice is diverse and includes work in both public and private sectors throughout the Southeastern Unites States and the Caribbean.

Candidates are required to submit a resume and portfolio with graphic and Auto CAD skills, CD document experience, construction details. The ideal candidate will be either recent graduates or those having 1-2 years' work experience in a landscape architecture firm.

Requirements: A degree in Landscape Architecture, strong design and graphic skills, proficiency with Auto CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, demonstrated ability in site planning and design, construction documents and specifications, detailed design, project management/project coordination experience, strong communication skills, effective time management skills and attention to detail.

Happy Earth Day - Earth Day Event for you!

Saturday, April 25th from 9 AM to 3PM at the Bluffton Oyster Factory Park located on 63 Wharf Street in Downtown Bluffton, The Zero Waste Goal May River Cleanup presented by The Outside Foundation, Experience Green and The Town of Bluffton. There will be plenty of  opportunities for kids and adults of all ages to give back to the community and educational activities! Come out and celebrate Earth Day this Saturday 4/25/15! The Doors have opened at the new Kearney Center in Tallahassee, FL!

A vision was created and two years later, The Kearney Center has officially opened it's doors! It truly was a community event with over 400-500 people in attendance according to the Tallahassee Democrat  The new 24-hour facility represents the merger of  "The Shelter" and "Renaissance Community Center" in Tallahassee and features separate wings for both men and women, a children's play area, full kitchen, and on-site clinic for medical care and minor procedures. Congratulations to the entire team on a job well done! #WPi #Tallahassee
