According to the ULI web site, highlights from the meeting will include the following topics that are driving real estate today and will shape its future such as capital, demographics, and business strategies. Wednesday’s opening session will discuss the economic outlook and what it means for Real Estate. The featured speakers include Gus Faucher, Director of Macroeconomics for Moody’s Economy.com; Sam Zell, Chairman of Equity Group Investments and Peter Linneman, Professor of Real Estate, Finance and Public Policy at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business Attendee's will also have the choice to attend general sessions, interactive town hall-meetings with leaders from every segment of the real estate industry. Thursday’s schedule will include day-long Industry Roundtables and Friday’s schedule will include networking as well as a summit wrap-up.
