Designed as an 8 acre neighborhood park off Squire Pope Road, the first phase of the project is anticipated to include a fixed pier for fishing, a floating dock, picnic facilities, storage for rowing shells and sailboats, swings, a fire pit, restrooms and parking. The pier will be handicapped-accessible and can be used for fishing and crabbing.
