July is Parks Month!

Today is the last day to hashtag #JulyPRM30 with a picture of your favorite park! Check out WPi's park project that is featured along a historic river front district in Conway, SC. Who's Gone Green? Sea Pines Beach Club is officially LEED Certified!

The Sea Pines Beach Club is officially LEED Certified according to the Island Packet! Clients and their design teams dream about becoming LEED Certified but not all actual pursue it. What many may not know is that the entire design team and client take on certain roles throughout the LEED Certification process, so the entire process is truly a team effort! The Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design also known as LEED is a program run by the U.S. Green Building Council and focuses on "green initiatives" that recognize best-in-class building strategies and practices. According to the USGBC website, To receive LEED Certification, building projects must satisfy prerequisites and earn points to achieve different levels of certification. WPi congratulates the entire team on a job well done!
