Brad Hix has been promoted from Project Planner to Project Manager! Wood+Partners Inc. couldn't be any prouder of Brad and all of his accomplishments over the past 3 years at WPi! Well deserved! 

A 2010 graduate of the University of Georgia, Brad Hix provides landscape design and land planning services for a variety of both public and private project types. Friday Field Trip - Dataw Island Style!

Yes that is an aerial view from the Dataw Island Clubhouse overlooking the new luxurious pool that WPi designed! Wood+Partners Inc. finds value in visiting our projects after they are built so that not only can the design team can see the final product but so that the rest of our WPi Family can learn a few things. What a great educational session for all! We had the pleasure of touring the entire property, meeting all of the staff, taking tons of pictures, learning about the latest and greatest renovations and enjoyed the most delicious lunch! Thank you to the entire staff at Dataw Island Club for allowing us to visit today and for your hospitality, it was truly appreciated!

WPi on Site in Escambia County for Innerarity Point Park!

Talk about a park with a view! Wood+Partners Inc.'s Meghan Mick, LEED® AP, ASLA, Project Manager  was on site of the future Innerarity Point Park in Escambia County, FL this past Friday. Meghan is working with The Trust for Public Land and performed a site visit to gather data and image collection of the site for the schematic planning phase of the project. Innerarity Point Park when finished will provide an opportunity for public use of the waterfront park. The possible park improvements include a dock for fishing and launching kayaks, playground, restrooms, picnic pavilions, on-site parking and an open lawn area for various activities and festivals. Thanks for sharing Meghan, we can't wait to see the future park improvements complete!

Construction = Complete! Grand Opening = Success!

With all the warm weather we have experienced in the Lowcountry, relaxing at a state of art pool and amenity club sounds ideal! Right? Well, for the residents at Dataw Island Club, their summer just got a lot better because that is what they will be enjoying all summer long! The Dataw Island Club Pool is now open! Residents along with the design and construction team attended the Grand Opening last Friday and some just couldn't wait a second longer to test out the state of the art pool.   Wood+Partners Inc. provided planning, design and construction phase services for the Dataw Island Club Pool amenities. The new renovations will help establish a great deal of value for current residents and future residents! Grand Opening of the Newest Phase of FAMU Way & Capital Cascades Trail!
